What I Can Do for Your Pet
DROP IN CARE
Regardless of your pet’s breed, age or behavior, each of my services can be curated to fit their specific needs — no matter how unique. My drop in care is one of my most popular for feline critters but is not limited to them. Meet and greet required!
IN HOME PET CARE
Don’t feel guilty about leaving your pet alone. My In Home Pet Care service gives your pet maximum care in the comfort of their own home, even when you can’t be there. This is one of the most preferred services. Get in touch to book today. Meet and greet required!
INCLUDED mail pick up (PO Box not included unless within 1 mile from house) as well as Trash/recycle cans put out and brought back on appropriate days.
VETERINARY SERVICES
My veterinary services are always in high demand and are often booked a week or two in advance, some of my services include:

Nail Trims - using basic animal clipper's.

Nail Grind - using a special tool to shape, file, and get as short as possible without any damage to the nail or discomfort to your critter.

Ear Cleaning - basic and sometimes I can alert you (the owner) of an infection.

Small Wound Care - hotspot shaving/clean up, splinter in paw pad, dog nail bleeding, bandage changes etc.

Medication Administration - Subcutaneous fluids, subcutaneous and intramuscular medications, eye and ear medications, oral, rectal and topical

Anal Gland Expressions - internal expressions to ensure the gland is empty and there are no medical issues that need attention.

FARM CARE
While you’re away the horse, is at bay! No need to worry about the farm while you’re gone, I have been riding and working with farm animals since I was 6 years old. Turn outs, bring ins, feeding, medicating, blanketing, grooming, I can do it all just give me a call. Overnights, extended stays and drop ins offered!Meet and greet required!

Paws for Thought
I have been a veterinary assistant/tech since April of 2016. In 2021 I started Christa’s Critter Care as a pet sitting service and within a year decided to expand. While working in a busy veterinary office I saw so many critters of all shapes and sizes come in for small services like nail trims, ear cleanings, medications etc. Those “small” services made such a huge stressful impact on critters so I decided to do it in the comfort of their own home.
I have two dogs of my own a Labrador named Mossi Oak and a Dachshund mix named Lulu.
My husband and two children come with me for overnight stays.
I service Sharptown, MD to St. Michaels, MD and then some.
